Bling Bling Spring Spring?

Another snippet from the "and you thought you'd seen it all" files, I present you with this:  24-karat gold plated springs.  At first, it would seem that this sort of thing was for lowriders but in reality they are manufactured by the renowned suspension gurus at H&R.  Reportedly, their first customer for these things was for a Ferrari F430 whose owner hails from Dubai.  The price on top of a normal set of H&R sport springs?  2,000 Euros, which translates to a lot of U.S. coin.

I guess it takes a true baller to spend that much extra coin on a part that is pretty much only visible when you're doing an oil change.
