Racing Into The Future: Should Ford Build A Drag Car?

Car Craft may have witnessed the beginning of a new Trans-Am series featuring factory-stock American pony cars during a recent trip to Road Atlanta. Ford Racing is building identically prepared Mustang GTs called FR500S to compete in The Mustang Challenge at seven road courses across the country. While watching these cars battle, we couldn't help imagining what it would be like to see the return of factory Pro Stock or Super Stock cars like Ford built in the '60s. We've heard that there is a new engine, and we've all seen the Mustang, so take the short survey and tell Ford if you want them to build a factory Pro, Super Pro, or Sportsman drag car to get a factory Ford back into drag racing. They are listening. Click here to take the survey.
