We photographed this cool ’70 Mustang belonging to Steve Keefer of Brentwood, California, last month. He's had this car forever, building it up from nothing. He used to be a BMW dealership technician but left all the German stuff behind to open his own shop called East Bay Muscle Cars, just south of the San Francisco Bay area.
