This isn’t the first fast Mustang that the Adkins family has owned. Richard’s father had an original ’68 Cobra Jet similar to the one Car Craft tested in 1968 in Pomona. The car was raced until 1990 when it was retired and the replica began to be built. Most of the reproduction Shelby parts came from Tony Brandon.
