We like cars with many fuel holes.

Check this dohickey out. A company called Redline builds the individual runner (IDR) fuel system for virtually any engine. The system comes complete with fuel pump, lines, throttle bodies, and a stand alone computer. The software is free and controls timing, fuel, cold start, altitude adjustment. The system comes with a base map based on the engine.  This one is installed on LK Motorsports '33 Ford that happens to be the only one on the west coast. Imagine this on your '66 Mustang Fastback.
